Our smart IoT sensor attaches to your cylinder and measures gas level in real-time. It connects to our cloud via Wi-Fi and updates your mobile app continuously — no manual checks needed.
We aim to deliver within 30 minutes inside Taiz city. Once you tap "Order Refill" in the app, our nearest driver is dispatched immediately and you can track the delivery in real-time.
No. You can authorize a family member or neighbour to receive the delivery. You will receive a confirmation notification as soon as the cylinder is swapped.
TaizGas sends you alerts when your gas level drops below 30% and again at 15%. You can also enable auto-ordering so a refill request is placed automatically when a threshold is reached.
We support cash on delivery as well as in-app mobile payments. All transactions are recorded in your order history so you always have a clear receipt.
Yes. The sensor is certified safe for LPG cylinders and requires no tools — it clips onto the cylinder valve in seconds. Our team will install and configure it for you on first delivery.
